Brief info

Ráiza Cruz Lisboa is an education leader with more than 14 years of experience in education. By fostering deep, long-lasting connections to those impacted by and committed to the work of equity, she works to cultivate thriving communities. In the summer of 2021, a year after moving to Washington, D.C, Ráiza graduated from Georgetown University with her Masters in Education Transformation with a concentration in advocacy and policy. She is a leader dedicated to building purpose and culture.

Ráiza has been a classroom teacher, coach of teachers and leaders, and most recently, Chief Development Officer at a national non-profit organization. She hopes to leverage her skills of building relationships across multiple sectors and backgrounds to bring new supporters to The Safe Sisters Circle.

In her free time, Ráiza loves to read, hike in the many parks in the DMV, and hang out with her partner, Andrés. Her new hobby is finding recipes for him to cook.
