Kelley is an accomplished professional dedicated to cultivating equity leaders abilities. With over 20 years of valuable experience in the education and non-profit sectors, Kelley has held various leadership positions. Since 2014, she has assumed the role of a local education leader in the DC community, working to support teachers and school administrators in establishing equitable conditions for all students.

Kelley is Chief Program Officer at Teach for America D.C., an education non-profit based in Washington, D.C., where she leads programmatic experiences, regional partnerships, and expansion efforts. Furthermore, Kelley is the Founder and an ICF Certified Coach at Kelley King Coaching Services LLC, where she offers leadership and executive coaching to professionals across diverse sectors.

Kelley is a wife and mother to a handsome three-year-old boy. She was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated with advanced degrees from Southern University A&M College and Louisiana State University. She enjoys creating new memories with family and friends.
