Brief info

Xandy McKinley(she/her) comes to The Safe Sisters Circle with more than a decade of experience in helping nonprofits build equitable, sustainable solutions within marginalized communities. With a deep passion for racial and social justice, she loves creating safe spaces for people to heal and better see themselves as a voice for social change. In addition to extensive experience with strategic planning, trauma informed care, and financial empowerment, she also holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from George Washington University and certifications in nonprofit management and racial healing.
When she’s not at her desk Xandy is either organizing our community through her work with East of the River Mutual Aid Network, repotting her plants or honing her skills in West African dance.
