Brief info
Tamara Peterson is the Executive Assistant of The Safe Sisters Circle and assists in operations of the organization. Tamara believes in the ability that nonprofits have to cultivate change and believes in the power of effective administration. In addition to assisting the Director, she is currently in school getting her Masters in History with ongoing professional development in the nonprofit sector. She has her own nonprofit, The Art Divide, which aims to radicalize the cultural capital of art by bringing marginalized artists into canon. Tamara holds a BA in Women and Gender Studies from North Carolina State University.
