Rexanah P. Wyse Morrissette, Esq. is a public interest attorney dedicated to changing the narrative for youth and families to thrive. She is the Chief of Staff at a federal agency with a mission of ending homelessness throughout the country. Rexanah also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland, College Park where she teaches a public policy course on the intersection of gender and 21st-century racial justice movements. She is a former prosecutor and is the daughter of Sierra Leonean immigrants, whose familial legacy of service inspired her to engage in philanthropy. Rexanah earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law with a certificate in Public Service. She earned her B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a minor in Human in Development from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is admitted to the Maryland State Bar.
